Goolum Goolum Information

Goolum Goolum is recognised as the principal Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation within the local Government areas of Horsham Rural City Council , Northern Grampians, Hindmarsh Shire Council, West Wimmera Shire Council, Ararat Rural City Council and Yarriambiack Shire Council ensuring the provision of effective health, welfare and family services to the Aboriginal community. The Organisation is seen by the Community as the preferred provider of services and will work in partnership with other organisations (government and non-government) to ensure access and equity in the provision of health and Community services to Aboriginal people. The Organisation is dedicated to fostering cultural pride within the Community and to ensuring that service delivery respects Aboriginal culture, history and experience. The Organisation is dedicated to supporting and advocating for Aboriginal people.
