Goodstone LLC is a commercial real estate investment management firm. We source, acquire and manage commercial office investments for private clients and institutional investors. We invest alongside our clients, ensuring an alignment of financial interest. Through selective acquisitions, hands-on value enhancement and timely disposition we strive to deliver compelling risk-adjusted returns. We conduct transactions with integrity and communications with candor. Operating in Washington, DC, northern Virginia, suburban Maryland and Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio, Texas, Goodstone seeks: - Core-plus, value-added and opportunistic office buildings that can be purchased at a discount-to-replacement cost; - Middle-market assets between $10 – $100 million, where ownership is fragmented and market inefficiencies present significant opportunities; and, - Quality properties to be marketed to institutional owners at disposition. Goodstone is managed by Stephen P. Durr, an investor with thirty-five years’ experience in commercial real estate. In the previous fifteen years he was responsible for procuring $800 million of debt and equity capital, and the purchase and/or disposition of 4.3 million square feet of office space.
