GoodShift Co. is a digital change management consultancy. That is the whole sentence, because that’s all we do. We are not generalist change managers, and we do not do change in the abstract. Every program we take on is driven by a system, or platform, or a technology shift. That is our work: the specific, messy, human business of helping an organisation’s people through the changes forced upon them by new or updated technology. We are Australian, and we have spent a lifetime inside enterprise technology programs across government, healthcare, industrial, facilities, asset management and field-based environments. We have led and managed shifts on SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle and other leading platform implementations, from the Phase 0 strategy through to the quiet months after go-live when the adoption is really decided. This is our niche, and it’s where we set the benchmark.
