Most creative and community-driven organizations have the hard part figured out: a real mission, good people, something genuinely worth offering. What's missing is rarely the heart — it's the connective tissue. The website doesn't say what's actually available. The tools are held together with tape. Staff are stretched thin. Technology feels like one more thing to manage instead of something that helps. That in-between is where I work. I'm Andrew Goode, and Goode is my practice: human-centered strategy, design, and systems for the people doing meaningful work across Northern New Mexico and beyond. Three ways I help: 1. Clarify what you offer - programs, pricing, and the story of what you do, made legible to the people you're trying to reach. 2. Improve how people engage - websites, brand, and the everyday experiences that decide whether someone leans in or drifts away. 3. Build systems your team can run - tools and workflows that lighten the load instead of adding to it, and keep working long after I'm gone. I've spent years inside small business, makerspaces, and creative organizations — running the programs, not just advising on them — most recently as Programs Director at Make Santa Fe. I know these places from the staff side: tight budgets, big missions, and plenty of duct tape. I'm not here to make your organization colder, more corporate, or more automated. The goal is the opposite — clearer, more capable, and more alive. So the people doing meaningful work feel supported, and the people they serve have a better experience. Most of all, I care about people. That's why the work lives at goode.love. Let's talk about what's tangled — hello@goode.love
