Master Charcutier Christophe and Master Charcutier Omar-Pierre have been crafting plant-based charcuteries using traditional recipes in their respective families for years and adapting them to plant and vegetable preparations. We spent over 1000 hours per product on development. Available for wine bars, restaurants, and boutique markets looking to provide a vegan charcuterie board to enjoy and share with friends. We are both French and based in Colorado. We use as many local products as possible in our recipes. Free from coloring, preservatives, and additives.
