Gomez Title and Closing Company, L.L.C. was established in 2004 and has been growing ever since. We are located in Moline, Illinois, one of the Quad Cities. We are underwritten by Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, part of a Fortune 500 company. Our office employs full time title searches as well as in house title examiners and closers. Gomez Title provides title insurance coverage for any dollar amount. From a simple residential purchase of $50,000 or below to a multi-million dollar commercial transaction. We can also provide limited reports of title upon request. We can offer discount rates for prior title policies and discount rates for converting abstracts of title to policies of title insurance. We utilize the most up to date computer systems and software to make the closing and title process as smooth as possible for our customers. We use the technology available today to set the standard for tomorrow.
