GolfArk provides golf course design and project consulting, golf course construction consulting and golf course renovation design services. Jari Rasinkangas, the founder of GolfArk, began his career in golf in late 1970's. Jari's broad experience provides a solid foundation for golf course design. Golf course architecture and construction became Jari's interest in late 1980's with American golf architect Ronald Fream, the founder of Golfplan. Their first co-design was the Oulu Golf Course, in Finland, the northernmost 36 holes in the world. GolfArk and Golfplan work as a team of designers whose know-how and experience covers all golf course project phases from feasibility study to maintenance consulting. Golfplan is one of the most experienced golf architecture companies in the world. Since 1972 they have worked in more than 60 countries.
