It's one part guided journal and one part mindful note-taking app. Using GoldMind, you'll be able to reflect on powerful questions about the things that matter most to you and organize and reflect on any inspiration you have or see. When you write down what's going on in your head, you're on your way to finding greater perspective and self-awareness than you've ever head before, which will empower you in intentionally building the life you want. Journaling is how you zoom out on your own life and see the big picture with clarity. Writing it down helps you stay focused. It helps you put feelings into concrete words, which can lessen their power over you and help you see more clearly.
