GoldJam Creative leads interactive communication skills workshops that pull from comedy and acting principles, are couched in research, and consist of warm-ups, tailored individual and partner exercises, and group discussions. We customize trainings for companies with topics ranging from Public Speaking and Presentation Skills, to Effective Communication, to Unconscious Bias and Conscious Inclusion, to Women in Leadership and Male Allies. We believe that people learn by doing rather than by being lectured, so we keep group sizes small and participants on their feet. Clients include Spotify, Time Warner, Penguin Random House, American Express, SoulCycle, Buzzfeed, and more. Co-founders Jen Jamula and Alli Goldberg were featured on the cover of Time Out NY, which ranked them among “the top 10 funniest women in NYC”, and their creative projects have been recognized by Good Morning America, NPR, Newsweek, The Huffington Post, and VICE. They also consult for keynote speakers and created comedic content for brands. The duo graduated from Yale University.
