Its current operational complement includes the Principal and Licensee, Sales Team Leader, six Sales Consultants, General Manager, Office Administrator, Sales Secretary and Receptionist. All sales and leasing personnel possess an extensive knowledge of the local area and real estate market. Despite its youth', having only commenced operations by the Principal, Mr Wayne Walker, in February 2002, Goldfields Realty has had a significant and positive impact on the Kalgoorlie-Boulder real estate industry where it is acknowledged as the premier listing and selling agency. The agency is a productive and active member of Ausnet Group (Australia's Independent Real Estate Group). Ausnet has been WA's top listing and selling real estate group in 1998/1999, 1999/2000 and 2001/2002 (based on REIWA multiple listing data) and, significantly, Goldfields Realty has established itself as a principal member of Ausnet, consistently featuring in the group's quarterly and annual presentation awards.
