We are Lombard's #1 Gym and Fitness facility. The Golden Age Strength Club embodies the old-school training mentality of the "Golden Age" of strength and bodybuilding. This is the place that people go when they become tired, jaded, and just plain "fed-up" with the hype and nonsense in the fitness industry. Gimmicks, "state of the art" equipment, pills, potions and powders, and exercise fads are all absent from our club.
