We typically target sites which are perceived to have ongoing problems, such as planning, conveyance, contamination, technical challenges, railway tunnels or squatters, all of which drives the initial purchase price down and keeps competition at bay. Our in-house architects create a dynamic partnership between commercial acumen and design to unlock the hidden value in land, transforming any site. We mainly focus on sites within the London and M25 region. The housing market in this region is continuously driven by the demands of the London market and has become the area of our greatest knowledge.
