Gokela is a healthy fast casual franchise that provides healthy, fast, and fresh food. Our menu includes wraps, burritos, rice paper rolls, traditional salads, canastas (rice or bean based salads), and healthy pizza, supported by naturally extracted juices and low fat smoothies. We also offer a wide variety of healthy snacks for busy on-the-go customers. Our aim is for the brand to be associated to a lifestyle choice not just a restaurant. We achieve this by allowing customers to select various products from every food group to customize meals to their exact nutritional requirements and flavor preferences. To support this effort, our teams been trained in health and nutrition, and our tables contain in-depth nutritional information to educate customers with all their unique nutritional and flavor requirements. We’ve also experienced substantial success in with our customers by providing nutritional consultations to customers who have very specific goals and aspirations. To ensure quality across all our franchises we constantly train all employees to ensure consistencies with product quality, ordering times, and standardized prices across all our locations.
