Additionally, we also build, on occasion, speculative for-sale projects to showcase our abilities. Although most of our homes fall in the $400,000 to $1 million + range, we select our projects in accordance with their level of creative challenge. Generally, our clients are individuals who place a higher priority on creative process and expect the construction quality to reflect that priority.
