Gofal Cymru Information

Gofal are a mental health charity, based in Wales. We provide a wide range of services that support independence, health and wellbeing and promote recovery. We lobby to improve mental health policy, practice and legislation, and campaign to increase public understanding of mental health and wellbeing. We have also established a social enterprise, Not Just Nuts, a website that offers more than just nuts! (it also sells an exciting range of quality organic, fairtrade, wholefood and ethical gift products). All our products are specially selected to have a positive link with mental health and well-being and all our surplus profits are donated back to the charity.
