The Goeree Lighthouse “method” consists of identifying, categorizing and prioritizing all potential risks which might negatively impact asset reliability, availability and cost performance at a very early stage in the production and during the operational period of the asset life cycle. Goeree Lighthouse experienced specialists will thoroughly prepare this high intensity and high impact process to guide the client team through each step with a minimum impact on their busy operational agendas. After the risk identification a selection is made of risks with high probability of occurring and high impact on operational and financial performance of the specific asset(s). These specific performance risks are then addressed in a structured manner to re-establish the required performance level. Throughout the entire process Goeree Lighthouse specialists will train and coach the clients staff to elevate their general competence level on asset performance optimization and risk management.
