Go2Appraiser is the field appraisal practice of Go2Appraiser Valuations LLC — residential real property appraisals for private clients across north and west metro Atlanta. The work is for the people who own the property and the professionals who advise them: homeowners, attorneys, executors and administrators, CPAs, fiduciaries, agents, and investors. Assignments include estate and date-of-death valuations, divorce and equitable division, bankruptcy, property tax appeal support, pre-listing and pre-purchase opinions, land and acreage, and complex residential property that does not fit a form. When a report is challenged by an opposing attorney, a tax board, or the IRS, it is rarely the number that fails. It is the support behind it. These reports are written to survive that.
