In 2020, a year like no other, three friends decided to start something different in the craft spirits market. By combining a fun brand, with quality products, Gnu Distillery was born. Our small batch spirits are hand-made, using only the finest Western Canadian grains, and purest Rocky Mountain water. People ask us, “Why Gnu?” We say, "Why Gnot?!” The Wildebeest, or Gnu, is a spirit animal that symbolizes the importance of bonds to our friends and family. It also encourages us to strengthen and maintain those relationships. Now is the time to gather the herd.
