HealthShare Exchange is a regional healthcare data aggregator, offering services in health information exchange (HIE), population health data, and health data innovation. In collaborative spirit, competing health plans and hospital/health systems in the Delaware Valley formed HSX to enable electronic exchange of patient information with the goal of improving patient outcomes and managing and lowering healthcare costs in the region.
