After 20 years of working contracts on both sides, our owner, Bill Gibbs created a company that is far from "Business As Usual". As a contractor Bill"s biggest challenge was employee ownership of services and their responsibilities. In conjunction with that was quality assurance. Bill created a Quality Assurance program that would compete with a Six Sigma company. As a contract manager, he struggled to find a service company that would meet corporate standards. In addition communication was always challenging. With this knowledge, Bill has created a program, teaming the contract manager with a single point of contact for each contract. Meetings are scheduled, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or as needed based on the contract managers desire. Using this knowledge and these programs, we have created a company that is far from "Business As Usual"!
