We work with them - through individual sessions or workshops - to strengthen their leadership competency profile. We encourage each of them to work on their character, to become even better individuals other people can trust. We truly believe that there is less and less space for dictatorship in organisations of today and that true leadership, as well as flexibility to adapt style, will continue to be in demand. GMS Skills At GMS we know how to help improve personal effectiveness. We house all the skills required to succeed in an organisation, save technical mastery required on specific job positions. Among other things, we help people put assertiveness to work or overcome personal limitations, , e.g. fear, and start cold calling with success or make new friends easily and thus expand one's network. GMS Consulting In order to be able to deliver best-in-class solutions, workshops or seminars we use our own or third party know-how and tools. We extensively refer to available publications and data, as well as run our own qualitative and quantitative research.
