Russo, Jr., our Founder, Chairman & CEO, is assembling an incredible team with diverse backgrounds in investment banking, technology, media, and publishing. GLX is currently a privately held company. We are in the process of auditing our financial statements and expect to file a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for a Reg A+ Crowdfunding offering in the third quarter of 2016. GLX will seek a public market listing shortly thereafter.
