GLOWSIMS is school management software built in Pakistan, for Pakistani institutions — from a single school to a network of campuses. One system covers the operation: fee collection and recovery, student and staff records, daily attendance, examinations and results, payroll, inventory, transport, hostel and library. Three apps sit on top of it. Talib — parents and students. Attendance, fees, homework, results and school notices. Muallam — teachers and coordinators. Attendance, timetable, leaves, payroll and class management. Aliza — owners and directors. Today's collection, outstanding fees, admissions and campus-by-campus performance in one view. For groups running several campuses, Aliza consolidates every campus into a single dashboard while each campus keeps its own controls and its own reporting. We began in Phalia, Punjab in 2013 and have built for Pakistani institutions ever since. That matters more than it sounds. We know how fees actually get collected here, how parents actually read a message, and what a school office looks like in the last week of a fee cycle.
