Glow creates retro inspired dance and fitness experiences for individuals, groups, brands and events. It’s founded by Frankie and Jimmy. Frankie Friday has been creating retro fitness funtimes across the capital for the last few years in studios including Frame, Blok and Gymbox. She’s driven by a love of legwarmers, the desire to grapevine and a mild obsession with John Travolta. She aims to bring retro fun to fitness in an inclusive and friendly way. Jim is a former DJ and comedian who founded top-100 UK digital agency Manifesto. In the early 2000s he started one of the UK’s first online retro and vintage clothing stores and has always had an unhealthy love of retro music, dance moves and the A-Team.
