Gloucester City Hockey Club Information

Gloucester City Hockey Club (GCHC) is a field hockey club based in heart of the City of Gloucester. The club was formed in 1897. During the past 123 years, and in spite of its often nomadic bases, the club has enjoyed rich success, more often leading the way in the West Country. The club enjoys a thriving junior section starting at U8 and both a ladies and men's sections supporting 9 adults teams in total (5 ladies & 4 men's). The men’s teams play in the Verde Recreo Hockey League and the ladies teams in the West Clubs Women's Hockey League, except for the Ladies 1s who play in England Hockey’s Women’s Hockey League Division 1 North tier.
