Globe is a privately owned regional contractor with its head office in Warrington. Established in 1994 Globe has grown to a £30m annual turnover business with a dedicated interior fit out arm and plumbing business. Since 2000 the company has been owned and operated by its two directors – Kevin Hargreaves and Ian Threadgold – and has recently opened a new satellite office in Kendal to better serve its clients in the North of the region. Covering both public and private sector projects across the North West, Globe has experience delivering commercial, industrial, education, residential, retail, leisure, health and community schemes. Clients include St Modwen, Bruntwood, Wigan MBC, Halton MBC, Lancaster University, Morecambe FC and Derwent Holdings.
