GloballyEducated Information

GloballyEducated is an Open Educational Resource platform providing free access to educational resources and courses developed by local subject-matter experts. This platform is a mobile and web-based platform that allows students in Africa a continuous access to organized and localized videos, eBooks, presentations and journals that will help them get access to quality education. The materials are organized to help students get primary, secondary and distance learning educational opportunities. Students have the ability to connect with other students and teachers/content-developers working from GloballyEducated centers. Student can participate in live classes taken place at GloballyEducated centers, watch it live on the internet of a local channel, download the videos or get a free DVD containing all the lectures(videos) and materials. This courses will follow the local curriculum for local primary and secondary school education in Nigeria and other countries we operate in, hence allowing students to prepare for local examinations. For General Courses, we will follow a curriculum that will be designed by a subject-matter expert. The Web and Mobile technology will allow students prepare for this examinations, receive feedback on tough questions, form study groups, get answers to questions by SMS(live or offline) view their learning curve, ask for a special/extra class.
