GlobalCapital p.l.c. (the Group) is a financial services company registered in Malta deriving its core business from the provision of life and health insurance products. The Group’s subsidiary company, GlobalCapital Life Insurance Co. Ltd, acts as a principal for all Life insurance products. Health insurance services are provided through another of the Group’s subsidiary, GlobalCapital Health Insurance Agency Ltd (the Agency). The Agency acts as a country representative for Bupa in Malta – the prestigious health insurance principal present across the globe. The Group is also active across the fund and investment markets, offering tailor-made solutions to a very specific, niche market. The Group’s property assets are constantly under revision with a view of divesting the local property portfolio.
