As a social enterprise founded in 2003, we’ve combined profit and purpose to make the world more peaceful, equal and happy. Challenging convention is in our DNA - as an organisation and as individuals. In 2014, our founder Simon Cohen took the pioneering step of giving the company shares away to new owners as an alternative to ‘selling out’. Noa Gafni and Rosie Warin were appointed as co-Managing Directors and selected for their passion for social change and track record of delivering it. Now, we are building on a decade of outstanding work to empower organisations across all sectors to find, live and engage others in their values, in order to succeed in an ever-changing world.
