Global Supply Network Information

Global Supply Network (GSN) is a Sydney-based procurement partner for Australian manufacturers. We run a vetted network of overseas suppliers, including ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified factories, with quality control matched to the part. We act as your in-house procurement team. Manufacturers first, brokers second. What we do raw material sourcing: metals (steel, aluminium, stainless, tool steel, alloys), engineering plastics (nylon, ABS, POM, PP, PC, PE, PEEK), castings, forgings, sheet, billet, extrusion, fasteners and fittings. Overseas manufacturing management: CNC machining (3-, 4- and 5-axis), sheet metal fabrication, injection moulding, die casting, sand casting, investment casting, plastic and metal 3D printing, extrusion, stamping and assembly. Tooling, samples, supplier negotiation, production oversight, in-line and final QC, sea and air freight, customs brokerage, duties, GST and final-mile delivery anywhere in Australia. In-house Australian manufacturing through sister company McIver Engineering (Sydney, established 1947): CNC, fabrication, laser cutting, design and assembly. Used for prototypes, low-volume runs, finishing and onshore rescue work. How we are different GSN is manufacturer-led, not a sourcing broker. Our group owns and operates a working Australian manufacturing business through Perfetti Engineering Pty Ltd, so suppliers are evaluated the way an engineer would: tolerances, materials, process capability, capacity, lead time and total landed cost. Quality and compliance Our overseas partners include ISO 9001 certified factories, with selected partners holding ISO 13485 for medical device production. For ongoing or higher-risk programs we put a Master Services Agreement in place defining inspection points, acceptance criteria and rework terms. CMM dimensional reports and EN 10204 3.1 material certificates available on request. GSN acts as importer of record; 100% of customs clearance, duties, GST and final-mile delivery.
