Global Selecta Group Information

Global Selecta Talent is a boutique headhunting firm serving three closely connected - Beverage Alcohol, CPG and E-Commerce companies across the United States. These markets share many of the same commercial challenges across brand building, retail, distribution, digital growth and operations. This focus helps us understand the channels, experience and leadership capabilities required to succeed within consumer brands. We recruit proven professionals across sales, marketing, E-Commerce, operations, supply chain and leadership. Full Time Recruitment - We conduct retained and contingency searches for specialist, management and executive level positions. Every search includes market mapping, direct outreach to passive candidates and detailed qualification based on relevant experience, measurable results and company fit. Executive Search - We identify and approach proven executives across VP, SVP, EVP, President and C Suite positions. That includes passive leaders who are not actively looking but have a track record of scaling revenue, building teams, opening new channels, leading transformations and growing consumer brands. 1099 Beverage Alcohol Sales Consultants - We connect wineries, distilleries, importers and emerging beverage brands with experienced independent sales consultants. Clients meet qualified Sales Consultants (Sales Reps) with relevant market knowledge, distributor relationships and buyer networks before selecting the person who best fits their brand and growth objectives. Our approach is straight-forward. You do not receive a stack of resumes. You receive a focused shortlist of candidates who meet the criteria we agreed from the start. We map the market, leverage our talent network, approach passive candidates and qualify each person against the business need, company stage, culture and definition of success.
