CSBA is an independent policy research institute established to develop innovative, resource-informed defense concepts; set the terms of debate for the future of national defense; and spur action to advance U.S. and allied interests in an era characterized by great power competition and conflict. CSBA provides timely, impartial, and insightful analyses to senior decision makers in the executive and legislative branches, the media, and the broader national security establishment. CSBA encourages thoughtful participation in the development of national security strategy and policy, and in the allocation of scarce human and capital resources. For over three decades, CSBA has provided a consistent stream of high-quality, innovative research on defense strategy, budgets, and the security environment. From examining revolutions in military affairs to identifying how the United States should adapt its armed forces to meet emerging challenges, CSBA has been on the cutting edge of the nation’s most critical defense policy debates.

The Washington Roundtable is a nonprofit organization comprised of senior executives of major private sector employers in Washington state. Our members work together to effect positive change on public policy issues that they believe are most important to supporting state economic vitality and fostering opportunity for all Washingtonians.

The Lexington Institute is a public policy think tank in Arlington, Virginia, founded in 1998. We analyze important developments pertaining to national security, technology, innovation, and logistics. The Lexington Institute conducts research, publishes analyses, speaks with the media, and engages with policymakers, including at events we host at the U.S. Capitol and other venues. We believe a dynamic private sector is the greatest engine for social progress and economic prosperity, and are dedicated to building consensus on nongovernmental, market-based solutions to policy challenges.
