Global Refinery is a subsidiary of a private investment company based on the Bahamas with offices in Switzerland, UAE, Germany and Iraq . The company has a multitude of diverse operation including: - Trade Finance - Shipping - Capital Asset Supply - Islamic Finance - Oil Trading - Telecommunications - Maritime Services Global Refinery with offices in Switzerland , Germany , UAE and Iraq was established to satisfy the growing needs of specialized trade activities supported by a major investment company. The parent company can assist in the structuring and underwriting of required investment and finance and where necessary the need of capital raising. The principal aim of Global is to supply Oil Products, Raw and Construction Materials to the Middle East with a focus on Iraq . The company will also offer reciprocal trade in its ability to offer lifting of crude oil and similar oil related materials like fuel and bitumen. The company has access to major international suppliers and off loaders and will use its specialized character of trade and finance to offer a competitive and unique service. The group are not intermediary arrangers as they enjoy a capital basis which facilitates it underwriting capacity. The parent company have successfully completed finance in excess of US$ 15 billion in the last 10 years and are currently active in financing a major Latin American Refinery. Global has excellent record with its suppliers, buyers and bankers alike. It has been in operation over 12 months and enjoys early success in completing a number of trade and financing proposals globally. Global has concluded a 5 year maritime baulk cargo Joint Venture with the Ministry of Transport of Iraq and recently concluded a major vessel supply and deferred finance. The group is currently concluding a major Water Supply Project in various phases and in discussion for the supply of an oil refinery in 2012.
