The MENTOR Network, now becoming Sevita, is a leading provider of home and community-based health care, inspired by our core values of respect, integrity, inclusion, and growth. We’ve been a pioneer since our founding in 1967. Today, our 40,000 team members proudly serve more than 50,000 individuals across the United States, providing the care and support they need to thrive.
Our continuum of care addresses the clinical, behavioral, and social drivers of health and well-being. We deliver individualized, integrated care to individuals at home and in the community. We enable independence, enhance quality of life, lower health care costs, and improve outcomes regardless of the physical, intellectual, or behavioral challenges people face.
Whether we are providing 24/7 nursing support to someone recovering from brain injury, ensuring someone with a developmental disability will thrive living independently for the first time, or providing ABA therapy to a young child in one of our schools, we are committed to advancing every person’s right to live well.
We are constantly designing new solutions to address the challenges of a complex, fragmented health care system. Partnership fuels our innovation, whether partnering with payors to integrate solutions or working with state agencies to address the growing demand of individuals to be served in the community. Our team’s innovative, person-first, and tech-enabled approach allows us to broaden and deepen how we serve each individual.
At iMentor, we believe in the transformative power of mentorship as a force for good. We connect mentors, mentees, and partners to harness their guidance and experience, build lasting relationships, and transform lives. Our impact uplifts entire communities and strengthens our social fabric, one school at a time.
In New York City, Baltimore, and Chicago, iMentor partners with public schools to ensure every student in the schools receives a mentor. Across the country, iMentor provides nonprofit partners the tools to run their own high-impact programs in the iMentor model. This includes a technology platform, a research-based curriculum, and program analysis tools.
iMentor has been recognized through funding by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Lumina Foundation, the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, and the Robin Hood Foundation, and is a subgrantee of the federal Social Innovation Fund. iMentor is one of the most innovative and quickly growing organizations of its kind in the country. As a team, we are mission-focused, results-oriented, passionate, and fun. And we’re proud to have been named one of the Best Nonprofits to Work For by Opportunity Knocks and The Nonprofit Times.
