Global Investment and Development, LLC ("Global") is a diversified real estate investment and development company looking to invest our own equity, along with that of our financial partners, in carefully selected real estate projects throughout California. Our goal and philosophy is to locate, evaluate and gain site control of properties that are in the immediate path of new developments. Most of our investment opportunities are located by our full time research staff using satellite imagery, regional, and local planning maps and our extensive database of property owners throughout the State of California.
