However, we also offer project management and data migration services. "When would we use a consultancy like Global HRIS?" we hear you cry. Well, fear not, we will give a couple of scenarios below. Scenario 1: You have decided to move your payroll (either a single country or multi-country) to a new provider, an ADP, Strada, Neeyamo, etc. Our consultants would sit on your side of the table to act as your project team for the new implemention/s. If you have done a project before, I am sure you will remember what a pain it was to do your day job and work on it. We can take that pain away and allow you to do your day job whilst you get peace of mind we are working tirelessly on your behalf to make your project a success. We do not have to be your entire project team though. If you have your project team almost in place but need more critical skills or experience in one area, we can come and fill that gap for you.
