We are locally raised, locally produced, and locally processed.All our animals are coming from local family farms within the tri-state area, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. Direct from farms to our processing location at ENA and SENAT and to us at Global. All products in our store are strictly from ENA and SENAT. Both are certified hand slaughtered halal. Our freshness policy sometimes enables us to have product leave the farm and be processed and placed in our store within 24 hours available for sale. Which allows us to offer the freshest product available to our customers. Additionally since we process our own animals, we don't use a middleman incurring additional costs...therefore we can pass those savings along to our customers with great pricing.Come see for yourself the fresh quality difference.
