Global Civil & Mining: Global Civil and Mining is an integrated civil and mining services group providing surface mining, mine site construction, surface miner rebuilds, road construction and stabilisation services. Global Civil and Mining was started in 2004 by Managing Director, Peter Blackburn, with a single road profiler operating from Perth in Western Australia.
