Global CDH is a non-profit organization dedicated to sustaining and optimizing a parent’s ability to focus on their child’s care before, during, and after the child is diagnosed with a congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH). Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia is a life threatening birth defect occurring at a rate of 1 in 2,500 live births and has no known cause. The organization is comprised of three board members and 4 volunteer staff members some of which have experienced CDH first hand with their own children. Together we foster and promote research, public awareness, dissemination of statistics of worldwide CDH and provide support to families in need.
