Global Campus of Human Rights A global network of universities educating the next generation of professionals in the field of Human Rights and Democracy (www.gchumanrights.org). #GCHumanRights Regional Programmes in Human Rights and Democratisation GC Europe By involving 41 universities and experts from all 28 EU member states, NGOs and IGOs, EIUC has become instrumental in facilitating cooperation on human rights and democracy in Europe (and beyond). GC South East Europe By offering highly specialised expertise on human rights education and research in the whole area, this programme has become a landmark for the Balkan region. GC Africa The programme addresses the urgent need for highly trained human rights experts in Africa. It aims at developing links between civil society, governments and international organisations. GC Asia-Pacific Developed to increase the promotion and protection of human rights and democratic standards in the Asia Pacific region, the programme offers a rich menu of educational and research activities. GC Caucasus The programme serves as an important hub and research/educational centre for stakeholders involved in the promotion of democracy and protection of human rights in the Caucasus. GC Latina America Caribbean Aimed at capacity-building, this programme provides specialised postgraduate education and research in the area of human rights and democratisation in Latin America and the Caribbean. GC Arab World A unique example in the Arab World, this programme seeks to develop both theoretical understanding of the main issues affecting the region and the practical skills needed.
