Global Advisors is a strategy and management consulting firm founded in South Africa in 2005. We have worked with clients around the world. We are well down the path toward becoming AI-native - we started in 2024. We help organisations make important decisions in uncertain environments. Our work combines strategic thinking, quantitative analysis, scenario planning, practical experimentation and support through implementation. Over the years, we have tried to build a firm that brings together the strongest aspects of strategy consulting with a more analytical and practical approach to turning strategy into action. That journey has depended on the trust of clients and the contribution of many talented colleagues. AI is changing the economics of analysis, knowledge and decision support. But the opportunity is not simply to automate existing tasks or produce more content. It is to help organisations combine people, data, methods, software, institutional memory and machine inference in better ways. Our developing AI-native platforms and methods are intended to make consulting knowledge more structured, reusable and traceable. They help connect problem framing, methodology, intelligence, analysis, evidence and delivery without treating AI as a substitute for professional judgement. We believe that AI is an amplifier.
