Our extensive strategic distribution network includes the biggest names in the mobile satellite telecommunications industry. These partners cover thousands of distribution points across every continent, providing global access to Beam products. Mission The Illuminate Consulting Group (ICG) is an international science, research, and academic strategy consulting firm advising the leadership of teaching and research institutions, foundations, governments, and public agencies on policy, development, and competition issues. History and Organization ICG was founded in 2002 in California. ICG is organized as an international expert network of academics, administrators, consultants, and entrepreneurs. Since our inception, we have grown to comprise 58 Advisory Board members in twelve countries and more than half a dozen researchers and analysts in four countries. Practice Areas Our advisory service is based on eight Practice Areas. Practice Areas develop and codify our consulting knowledge, and drive client engagements. They are fundamentally embedded in academic research, administrative practice, and client service. Each Practice Area is headed by a dedicated Practice Area Leader. Members ICG is firmly embedded in the academic world: Our members are connected to eight of the world’s Top 10 universities. More than 20 members hold a doctoral degree, and close to 20 members have served or continue to serve as faculty members. In addition, more than 40 members have academic administration experience. Half a dozen ICG members have been trained in leading strategy consulting firms such as the Boston Consulting Group and PwC. Most ICG members had lived and worked in two or more countries and our members are fluent in more than ten languages. In total, our members have published more than 100 books and 1,000 journal articles.
