Gliddon Owens Design is committed to creative design and innovative marketing solutions. Our goal is to transform our client's message into creative visual solutions. Launched in 1992, Gliddon Owens Design promotes a working model that underscores the value of personal relationships as a necessary vehicle to good design and good business. Owner/Creative Director Jeannine Owens, originally from the midwest, made her way to the Rockies to study art and design at University of Colorado-Boulder and Colorado State University. At CSU, she studied with John Sorbie, Phil Risbeck, Bob Coonts, and Gene Hoffman, and was influenced and inspired by many of the world-renowned poster artists and designers at the Colorado International Invitational Poster Exhibitions (CIIPE) held at CSU. Additional inspiration was drawn from studies in Australia and Italy, and she received her BFA in graphic design in 1984. Owens subsequently worked in various creative environments in the Denver, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, and Portland, Maine markets, and taught design and illustration at Colorado State University and University of Wyoming. Gliddon Owens Design was launched in 1992 and has interpreted client challenges into innovative and creative design for 25 years. Owens continues to find creative challenge in each project, and has cultivated a New England and Midwest client base.
