Glenmore is an independent advisory firm working with founder-led companies in the period before a Series A or B capital event. The work is specific. We assess the structural conditions that determine whether a raise succeeds — governance, leadership discipline, operating systems, financial control, market position, capital sequencing, and stakeholder alignment. Most companies that lose momentum in a raise aren’t losing because the business isn’t working. They’re losing because the structure behind the business doesn’t hold under scrutiny. We work with a small number of companies each year. The engagements are substantive, the assessment is rigorous, and the output is a clear picture of where the company stands and what needs to close before capital is introduced.
