GLEN (GLobal ENglish) World (www.glenworld.org) is a non-profit developing digital resources for immersive English learning, deployable both online (sample content via Chrome browser at www.glenworld.org) and offline (via Android app). Our target audience is disadvantaged kids worldwide, ranging from English language learners in the US to children in remote and impoverished areas in developing nations. Our approach for scaling is to build a comprehensive suite of digital content for “zero to reading / writing / speaking,” deployed in the field by implementation partners.
