The team was Founded by Neva McGruder who wanted to do something to give back to the community after surviving breast cancer. The team is a regularly featured dance team, known as the Rival Team on the wildly hit show Bring IT on Lifetime Television. The Divas of Olive Branch have been on the show for the past four years and have become a mainstay of the program. The Divas are known internationally for bringing superior dances to their audience and have won numerous first place trophies from dance competitions across the country and in the Caribbean. The Divas of Olive Branch leadership includes Neva's daughter Coach Raven McGruder, Mario Shaw, Head Choreographer and LaNesia Hernandez, Business Manager. Neva and Raven were looking for a way to empower their girls as well as assist other teams across the country in their fundraising efforts.
