GLAM PROGRAM INC Information

GLAM Program is a nonprofit organization founded in 2012 that provides afterschool and summer enrichment programming designed to support girls in developing confidence, leadership skills, and academic growth. GLAM—an acronym for Girls Leadership Academics Mentoring—creates spaces where girls are encouraged to explore their potential, build self-esteem, and develop the skills needed to thrive both academically and personally. Through strategic partnerships across Maryland, GLAM delivers programming that blends leadership development, mentorship, and academic enrichment for young girls. The program has received grant funding from Family League of Baltimore, and its founder has been recognized by the Mayor of Baltimore City for her work advancing opportunities for young women in the community. As GLAM continues to grow, the organization is expanding its vision to include global experiences that expose girls to new cultures, opportunities, and leadership pathways.
