GladdMD is a physician/web experience/movement dedicated to empowering individuals to optimal levels of well-being and creating a culture of health. GladdMD is inspired by the transformational journey of Dr. Jeffrey Gladd, MD. After plugging through ten years of medical school, family medicine residency and private practice with the institutional blinders on, Dr. Gladd discovered the incredible power of whole foods eating. He transformed his health, lost 50 pounds, and no longer depended on prescriptions for panic attacks. Through this, his medical practice also shifted, now appreciating and cultivating the body's innate capacity of self-healing, Dr. Gladd promotes health rather than simply managing disease.
