GL Engineering Information

GL Engineering has provided advanced technical services to the pharmaceutical industry since 1999 (via GL Tool). In 2003, GL Engineering (GL Tool’s engineering services division) formed an LLC partnership and has successfully completed numerous fill/finish projects with our global customers. We specialize in providing engineering services relating to the area of aseptic processing operations, with focus on the processing equipment. In addition to supporting the operations in the sterile core, we also support the downstream production, including visual inspection and secondary packaging. Our typical project includes development of the user requirements for equipment, vendor audit and selection support, design review support during the equipment build phase, FAT design and execution leadership, equipment installation and startup management, and qualification management and execution. Many of our projects included the start of our involvement at later stages of the project, where we are first tasked with addressing existing technical challenges of the equipment design/operation, prior to moving forward with the qualification.
