It all began in 2009, in a tiny workshop in Hammersmith, London. Our Founders, Sam, Fairfax and Jared had an unwavering belief in things well made - the way they used to be, the way they should be. Their mission was simple - to bring a London Dry Gin of truly uncompromising quality and character back to the city where it first earned its name. Smooth enough for a Martini, bold enough for a G&T, our London Dry Gin is truly something to behold. Every bottle of Sipsmith is hand crafted in genuinely small batches. Every drop of every batch is lovingly laboured over by hand, by our dedicated Distillers. No regimented timings, no automatic cuts, just a craftsman’s flair and a passion for gin well made. We believe this is the only way to craft spirits of this quality. We have since added to our collection a selection of our talented distillers' most delicious experimental gins, all inspired by our London Dry recipe, such as our Lemon Drizzle Gin and Sloe Gin. Each hand crafted gin is lovingly laboured in small batches in our London Distillery – the way it used to be, the way we believe it should be.

Australia’s Online Hub for Craft Gin The Gin Boutique is an Australian owned and fully independent business that is dedicated to the promotion of genuine craft gin. We aim to create an online hub for high-quality, small batch gins that have been crafted by independent distilleries. We are dedicated to sharing our love of gin. We have been ‘researching’ gin for a long time. We appreciate the time, effort, and ultimately the true craftsmanship required to produce a bottle of craft gin ready for market. We love the fact that because gin can be distilled with a wide variety of botanicals, the product range is vast and as such, it becomes a very versatile spirit that can be enjoyed in many ways. At The Gin Boutique, we aim to be advocates for the Australian gin distillers; we want to tell their story and celebrate the diversity of the craft gin industry in Australia. We want to encourage consumers to move away from looking at the big brands as their first choice for quality gin, and we would like them to instead try something a little different from truly genuine craft distillers.
